Thank you Edinburgh Whisky Academy for the feature. Anyone who is interested to learn more about whisky, particularly single malt whisky needs to take a look at what EWA is offering. I enjoyed the course very much and learned new things which I now put to good use. 😉

EWA Alumni: Zerlina Zhuang 🥃

Zerlina, managing director at Spirits Castle, joined the online Diploma in Single Malt Whisky from Singapore in August 2021.

“I am kind of geeky, so the production modules were really enjoyable. The Diploma has given me a better understanding which helps when I talk about whisky… the ability to answer geeky questions is also a plus.”
