"BLACKADDER 30 years as a pioneer

BLACKADDER IS A WELL KNOWN independent bottler
of whiskey that has been a central player in the whiskey world in
back three decades, and most like
visited whiskey fairs around Sweden
certainly has not avoided their rains
logo and large range of specials
bottles. Blackadder was founded in 1995 by
the whiskey enthusiast and
businessman Robin Tucek, and today
is it a real family business then both
son Michael and daughter Hannah
has joined his father at the helm.
Hannah tells All About Whiskey
that her father, who previously worked as
journalist and with marketing
in the liquor industry, got the idea to start
Blackadder after his experience as
reporter for Drinks International.
During a distillery tour he got
taste whiskey straight from the barrel.
- That's what started his journey with Blackadder,
she says. Her father's philosophy was to keep the liquor that way
natural as possible. It was an eye opener for him
to experience the original character of the whiskey
and his vision was to create a brand that would
focus on highlighting whiskey at its most authentic
