Mid-Autumn is a time for reunion, and Thye Moh Chan celebrates the season with its heritage-rich Teochew craftsmanship. Thye Moh Chan
Founded in 1943 and recognised as a Steward of Intangible Cultural Heritage by the National Heritage Board in 2024, Thye Moh Chan continues to preserve generations of traditional Teochew pastry-making techniques.
This year, look out for the Moonlit Blossoms 花满月圆 ($46.80) — a classic 4-piece box featuring four of Thye Moh Chan’s signature flavours:
1x Salty Tau Sar with Salted Egg Yolk 咸豆沙蛋黄
1x Sweet Tau Sar with Melon Seeds 瓜子甜豆沙
1x Teochew Double Delight 潮州双拼
1x Yuan Yang with Salted Egg Yolk 鸳鸯蛋黄
For those looking to try something new, the collection also introduces the Red Date & Longan Teochew Mooncake, made with homemade red date and longan paste, dried longan bits and crushed walnuts, all wrapped in the brand’s signature flaky, multi-layered Teochew pastry skin.
The mooncakes come beautifully presented in a keepsake gift box inspired by the ancient Moon Palace Mirror, complete with an iridescent finish and detachable Celestial Bunny magnets.
A beautiful way to celebrate Mid-Autumn while savouring a piece of Singapore’s Teochew heritage.
Available from 13 August to 25 September 2026.
