so... i finally got to play around with the tm7 👀
as someone who has been baking for years, i went into this thinking, “okay lah, i know what i’m doing. how much can this thing really impress me?” 😂
turns out... quite a lot actually.
from the built-in scale, the heating functions, mixing, and especially the cleaning (!!!), there were quite a few moments where i went, “eh... okay, that’s actually pretty damn useful.”
i’m still very much a hands-on baker and i don’t think i’ll ever stop loving the process of baking from scratch, but i can definitely appreciate having something that takes care of some of the more tedious bits for me.
so here are 5 things that genuinely surprised me about the tm7 from my first experience with it.
and yes... i’m slowly eating my words. 😂

accurate to a t!
boil, stew, steam, caramelize! can do everything more!
it was able to cream my butter and sugar so well. i only needed to scrape the bowl once during the mixing of the dough. 😍
STILL one of my favourite functions! 😂 especially when it comes to baking where your utensils will be coated in oil or butter or one way or another. no need for me to boil water in my thermos to clean this baby!
really, very, straightforward. what more with the access to 100,000+ guided recipes on Cookido? on top of that, once you’ve master the basics of each function, you can literally cook almost anything manually in your own way!
loving how this machine can ease my work load when it comes to baking. i’m ready to cook my custards and my curds with the TM7! 😍
