This is the last bottle of pineapple tarts this year. Used up all the pineapple jam. Thank you for all your support!!!

It's the CNY season one again! Time for Pineapple tarts and balls!

Part of orders fulfilled. Pineapple balls the golden ones. The other half will be open face tarts, yet to fulfill.

The darker shade ones are earlier batch, for vegetarian, no eggs were used thus yielding a dry and crispy dough. Colour aren't the best though, it was glossed with milk and syrup.

As children grow up, they have no crave for logcake anymore. This year I decided to bake a Star Cinnamon ( bread) loaf....

As children grow up, they have no crave for logcake anymore. This year I decided to bake a Star Cinnamon ( bread) loaf.

You can twist off each bun, each is filled with spread of sweet brown Cinnamon fillings, but not too much as we do not have sweet tooth. Raisin wise, should be added inside instead of outside the bread because my raisins will be burnt ( sweet).
