A Coffee Spirit Unlike Any Other

Nocturne Noir is an award-winning small batch artisanal blend of European eau de vie infused with single-origin “cherry picked” Arabica Coffee Beans from the highlands of Colombia. The spirit is five times copper still distilled, triple filtered with lava rocks and quartz sand, and bottled without chill-filtration. Our unique infusion process is a closely guarded recipe passed down and perfected over the generations.

The ingredients used are pure and simple, without added sugar, colourings, flavourings, preservatives, or additives. The experience of the drink is enhanced with a lovely sense of an “alert-high” thanks to the mild, natural source of caffeine from the coffee beans.

The spirit is best enjoyed chilled, neat, or in cocktails. It goes particularly well when paired with milk chocolate, tiramisu, cheeses, and vanilla ice-cream.
