Braised Tofu with Tomato

Ingredients
• 300 g tofu (medium-firm), cut into cubes
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• ½ cup green peas
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp water

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they soften and release juice.
3. Add tofu cubes and gently toss to coat with the tomato sauce.
4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir gently to avoid breaking the tofu.
5. Add green peas and a small amount of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Mix cornstarch with water, pour into the pan, and stir gently until the sauce thickens.
7. Drizzle with sesame oil, turn off the heat, and serve hot.

Braised Tofu with Celery Recipe

Main Ingredients
• Silken tofu
• Celery
• Soy protein (textured vegetable protein)
• Shiitake mushrooms

(Serving size: about 8–9 taels)

• Cooking oil
• Chili paste
• Yellow soybean paste
• Mushroom sauce
• Salt

Directions

Step 1
• Wash the red chili peppers and shred them.
• Soak the shiitake mushrooms until soft, then slice.
• Cut celery into pieces.
• Cut tofu into chunks.
• Soak the soy protein, then drain and set aside.

Step 2
• Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger slices and mushrooms; stir-fry until fragrant.
• Add yellow soybean paste and chili paste; stir-fry to release aroma.
• Add an appropriate amount of water.
• Add tofu and celery, stir-fry evenly.
• Once the sauce is absorbed and flavors are combined, remove from heat and serve.

Món mì Ý xoắn kết hợp với gia vị Trung Hoa.
Ingredients:
• Main: Rotini pasta, half an onion, red chili peppers.
• Seasonings: Cooking oil, fermented black bean sauce (Douchi), salt.
Directions:
1. Wash and slice the red chilies into rings. Peel and shred the onion.
2. Boil the rotini pasta in a pot of water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the red chilies and black bean sauce. Stir-fry until the aroma is released.
