Meet Gladys! Our Restaurant Manager at Bistro @ Paya Lebar Quarter. 🍷⁠

Having been with W**e Connection for just over two years, Gladys’ journey has been shaped by learning, growing, and plenty of memorable moments with both her team and our guests. What she enjoys most? Seeing her team develop together, while making sure every guest leaves with a great experience.⁠
⁠
Her go-to pairing from the menu is our Spanish-style Gambas with SELBACH-OSTER "Zeltinger Schlossberg" Riesling Auslese from Mosel, Germany. The w**e’s gentle sweetness helps soften the chilli, while its freshness works beautifully with the garlicky, savoury flavours of the dish.⁠

Last weekend, guests gathered at W**e Connection Bistro @ Capital Square for an evening of French w**e discoveries, thoughtful pairings, and meaningful moments around the table.⁠

The night began with a welcome glass of Ch*****ne before moving through Burgundy Chardonnay, Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon Blanc, Pommard Pinot Noir, and a sweet Petit Manseng from Southwest France.⁠
⁠
Each pour was paired with a curated course, from Duck Rillettes with Brie & Pear to Coquille Saint-Jacques, Red W**e Braised Beef Cheek, and Crème Brûlée.⁠
