e choices from Old World Bordeaux to New World Sauvignon Blanc, we increasingly realized that the prices we had to pay were becoming expensive, based on the knowledge we had in the other markets. Some things are just the way they are - a Bordeaux will be a Bordeaux. To complement our cellars, we looked down under to our perennial favorite makers of New World wines for solutions. And what we found intrigued us - forward thinking and innovation of the winemakers had brought about a evolution - think bold, power but now allied with a subtle elegance and a multi-dimensionality not known before for the wines in that category. Winemakers have collaborated with Old World luminaries like Chapoutier of the Rhone Valley and have achieved a Shiraz that might seem a bit of a paradox, but mighty delicious to savour. To cut the story short, we started to get our network down under to ship these gems over for our consumption. And that leads us to here - The Shiraz Market
