• The cap of rump, famous for its incredible fat cap and intense beef flavour. Insane marbling, buttery tenderness.

Japanese Wagyu A5 Rump Roast
• Price: $158/kg
• A Christmas classic, but in A5 Wagyu form. Exceptional tenderness and that unmistakable Wagyu melting quality.

Block sizes range from 2kg-4kg.
Also available for block purchase:
Japanese Wagyu A3 Ribeye and Sirloin
Premium Japanese Wagyu A4 Ribeye and Sirloin

We recommend consuming within 3-5 days. If you vacuum pack the steaks you can keep another 6-8 days chilled.

If you choose to freeze, you can keep the meat for a few months up to a year, but we recommend consuming them within a month.
