CREAMY TOMATO CHICKEN PASTA

INGREDIENTS;
Chicken breast
Penne pasta
Tomato sauce
Onion (finely chopped)
Cream
Grated cheese
Chicken broth
Chilli flakes / powder
Italian seasoning
Basil to garnish (optional)
Salt
Black pepper
Cornstarch

HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Pat dry and cut chicken breast into bite size, season with salt, black pepper and cornstarch. Stir fry until just cooked and set aside.

2. Prepare and boil water with salt to cook the penne pasta. Cook the pasta al dente, or to your liking preference.

3. Cream Sauce: Sauté chopped onion until fragrant and caramelised. Add tomato sauce, cream and chicken broth, let it boil and simmer. Add chilli flakes, Italian Seasoning. Add grated cheese, simmer until sauce thickens. Taste.

4. Add precooked chicken, penne pasta. Toss to completely coat them with creamy sauce.
5. Top with more grated cheese, if you love cheese so much 😃 and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy.
