Idli with sambar is a classic
_Indian breakfast featuring soft, steamed rice-lentil cakes (idli) paired with a tangy, spiced vegetable stew (sambar). It is a healthy, low-fat & protein-packed vegan meal often served with coconut chutney.
The fluffy cakes are typically dunked in hot, aromatic सांभर or रसम
**Soft Idlis: Using fresh, properly fermented batter is key to achieving a light, airy texture.**

This is a popular Indian dessert.
It's made with grated carrots, whole milk, dried fruit, and it has a delicious light fudgy texture.

This recipe is a very easy .
This is my first sweet dish of the year that I am sharing with you. I made this in my cooker (for the first time) and it actually turned out to be quite good🤗
Hope you enjoy it as well

Ingredients:👇
2 cups of grated carrots🥕🥕
1 cup of milk☕
A pinch of cardamom powder
3 tablespoons of milk powder
4 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of ghee

Method:👇
Now take a cooker and add the grated carrots along with the milk before stirring it on a low flame for around 5 to 7 minutes until it starts boiling.
Once it starts boiling, put on the lid and wait for 4 whistles.
After that, take out the lid and ensure that the carrots are soft and the milk has thickened. Now, add milk powder, sugar as per taste and cardamom powder.
Next, stir until the Gajar Ka Halwa becomes dry.
Then, add ghee and stir until the mixture gives off an aromatic smell & turns brownish.
If you wish, you may garnish with dry fruits and you can serve it hot or cold, as per your liking.

*Note:
You can add more ghee as per your liking and you can also add Mava instead of milk powder*
