Of late, we have received numerous call and texts from concerned customers that they have been receiving spams as per attached photo below.
Do not fall prey to unsolicited spam messages from unknown numbers or companies claiming to be providing services because they can never give you the same level of service or dedication as pHwater.
pHwater has been around for many years and we will continue to serve our existing and new clients wholeheartedly. We sincerely apologise to the 10% of our clients contact details that were leaked be our ex marketing team resulting in these b2b unethical messages received by our clients.
pHwater did not, and will never appoint anyone or any other company to perform our maintenance/servicing on our behalf as we believe in giving the best to our clients. The company is doing very well and we did not close down with our company status being active since day 1.
We honour all our deals and pHwater provides a special* warranty on our models and we will continue to do so to all our clients. We only uses premium quality Korean filters unlike others who may be using alternative and lower graded filters at your expense.
A quick check on ROC will show that this company below used to function as an IT solutions provider until March 2022 when they decided to change the name to Essen water with limited knowledge and expertise on this business. A company that is selling china models yet naming their models Seoul V2 speaks volumes on how they do business and that, to us, is Deception at it's best.
pHwater believes in 100% transparency and honesty in all our dealings and we continue to enjoy very good 5 stars reviews on our marketing portals because we believe in serving with our hearts, providing affordable healthy and good water for the masses.
