IMix Mocktail Competition 2015 iMix, a fringe event under iChef, aims to provide participants with a chance to flex their mixology iMix is proudly supported by HomeSoy.

As part of iChef 2015 where the theme “My Singapore Dish” has been selected to commemorate SG50, School of Hospitality (SOH) will also be running a fringe event, mocktail competition; iMix with the theme “My Singapore Drink”. Finalists of iMix will serve their winning mocktail(s) to guests during the annual iChef culinary competition finals cm prize-presentation ceremony reception. iMix also aims to provide participants with a chance to flex their mixology skills in SOH’s new beverage lab.
