Balik kampung vibes, but make it meat-free 🔥🌙

🌶️ Sambal Quorn Sausages

Ingredients:
• 6 Quorn Sausages
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• ½ large onion, sliced
• 1 red chilli, sliced
• Spring onion or kaffir lime leaves, chopped (optional garnish)

For the Sambal Sauce:
• 2–3 tbsp sambal tumis or sambal belacan
• 1 tbsp kicap manis (sweet soy sauce)
• 1 tsp tamarind paste or 1 tbsp tamarind water
• ½–1 tsp sugar (to balance acidity)
• 2–3 tbsp water

Steps:
1. Slice the Quorn sausages diagonally into thick pieces.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil and pan-fry until lightly browned.
3. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add cooking oil, then add 2–3 tbsp sambal paste and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and slightly darker.
5. Stir in the kicap manis, tamarind paste / water, sugar and water. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thick.
6. Add the browned sausages, sliced onions, and sliced red chili, and cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing so everything is coated in the sambal.
7. Garnish with spring onion / kaffir lime leaves and extra chili slices if desired.

Usher in abundance and good health with this comforting Braised Longevity Noodles, made even better with hearty Quorn Sausages! 🧧🍜 A wholesome start to a good year ahead.

✨ Braised Longevity Noodles with Quorn Sausages

• 500g Ee Fu noodles
• 20g vegetarian oyster sauce
• 10g light soy sauce
• 5g dark soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 10g ginger, sliced
• 100g vegetable stock
• 10g sesame oil

Steps:
1. Slice Quorn Sausages and pan fry till golden brown. Once cooked, set aside.
2. In a pot of boiling water, add the noodles and boil till noodles soften
3. In a pan or wok, add in 2 tablespoons of oil and fry garlic and ginger. Once fragrant, add in mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add in vegetable stock to the pan or wok, along with the rest of the ingredients.
5. Once combined, add in the noodles and simmer until the noodles have absorbed the stock.

Crispy Quorn nuggets + roasted veggies = weeknight win in under 20 mins 🧡

Ingredients:
• Quorn nuggets
• Broccoli florets
• Cherry tomatoes
• Baby potatoes, halved
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Steps:
• Toss all the ingredients directly into the air fryer basket, including oil and seasoning
• Air fry at 180°C for 15–18 min, shaking once.
• Finish with a squeeze of lemon or chilli oil, if desired.
