Thank you Eric Chua for your care and concern, I felt it it was genuine, I also saw first hand how you were spending your time with disadvantaged families

Thank you HDB, Branch Office, Town Council for bothering to follow up, and bringing your technical teams and I understand how a series of many technical issues had snowball, I totally acknowledge and understand everyone is doing their jobs and no malice involved, I also am sorry to make you all wait almost 2 hours as I was at a Bible Study.

We are assured that we are in good hands, we will attempt to smooth things over with our tenants with their losses,

To clarify, none of the tenants has been charged rental and electrical fees since the first opening on 1st April, money can be made back but relationships once broken is difficult

We have applied and received approval since Jan 2026, payment, application all done promptly

7 food stalls 1 drinks stall, all rent, all staff sitting down doing nothing, multiple residents upset, there is simply nobody responding to us since early morning, then afternoon again

Video is early afternoon and as of the time of writing still nobody responded….

I have emailed every single authority I can find
I have called every single number I can find, RC, Town Council, HDB, EM services, I just didn’t call 999 or 995

When fuel prices went up, we didn’t want our tenants to carry the full burden.

Instead of simply passing on the increase, we stepped in, negotiated with suppliers, and managed to bring costs down by $1 per unit because being a responsible coffeeshop operator also means looking out for the people who grow with us!
