Shan Cheng is an eatery serving authentic Asian food hailing from Ipoh, Malaysia. Ipoh is a small town in Malaysia that is well known for its flavorful and unique delicacies, well loved by Malaysians and Singaporeans alike. Shan Cheng’s palatable and unique house specials include their Char Siew, Curry, Ginger Duck and Shredded Chicken Hor Fun; all of which are prepared from secret recipes of the founders’ mother. Shan Cheng’s great service and food has also earned them the “Food and Service Excellence Award 2014″ by the Singapore Enrich Group.
