If you like to be kept posted of our Shojin Sunday at Goto Restaurant (Singapore), do send us an email so that we can put you in our mailing list. It represents enlightenment, the awakening mind, and an expression of moment. Enso Kitchen was founded on 1st February 2006 in Singapore, as the first in Singapore to introduce Shojin Ryori out of Japan. Founder of Enso Kitchen, Danny

Chu, prides on his excellent cooking skills cultivated through his passionate study in Japan from the Zen temples.
“The art of Shojin Ryori begins from a spiritual learning on the entire philosophy of this exquisite cuisine. It is about translating the spiritual practice, combined with fine skills to draw out the natural flavor of the vegetables when it is served on the dining table.” ~ Danny Chu.
Enso Kitchen
