Chu, prides on his excellent cooking skills cultivated through his passionate study in Japan from the Zen temples.
“The art of Shojin Ryori begins from a spiritual learning on the entire philosophy of this exquisite cuisine. Enso Kitchen圓相廚在2006年於新加坡成立，首度將精進料理從日本引進到新加坡。
Enso Kitchen圓相廚的創辦人Danny Chu(周偉文)透過了在日本禪寺全心投入的廚藝學習之後，已然培養出洗鍊的烹調技巧和對＂禪＂的深刻體認。
