Smoky Reaper tells you exactly what it is upfront — Carolina Reaper, ghost chili, and about 30 minutes of your life. People respect that. Then they buy it anyway. Then it sells out. 🔥

The next batch depends on when we can find reaper peppers again. That's not a marketing line — Carolina Reapers are genuinely hard to grow and source in Thailand. We'll post when they're back.

Seriously though — if you know a grower with quality reapers available for multiple batches, get in touch. We'll make it worth your while.

The Fat Cow is where our hot sauce journey started. For that, we'll be forever grateful.

They were the first restaurant to ever put a Firepower bottle on the table — back when we were still figuring out what this brand even was. That kind of early confidence from someone else means more than most people realize when you're running a tiny operation out of Bangkok.

If you haven't been, go. Seriously. The comfort food is the real deal, and nearly every dish on the menu is basically a pairing suggestion in disguise — which is probably why Smoky Ghost 1/5 found a home there so naturally. Smoky, a little sweet, roasted garlic, hint of ghost pepper heat in the background. It just fits.

Cholula is hot sauce for people who are scared of hot sauce. I said what I said.

Look, I'm not here to make enemies. But if you've been shaking a bottle of mass-produced hot sauce over your nachos and calling it a day, you owe it to yourself to try something that was actually made with care. Roasted habaneros. Real tomatoes. Ghost pepper in the background for the slow burn. Honey and lime to pull it all together.

Think about it. You've got layers — bread, protein, something fatty, something fresh — and hot sauce ties all of it together in a way that ketchup and mayo never will. The right sauce adds smokiness or fruitiness, acidity, and heat that builds gradually instead of just punching you in the face. It makes the whole thing more interesting from the first bite to the last. 🤤

We've been putting our sauces on sandwiches for a while now and honestly it's one of the best use cases we have. Chicken sandwich, beef panini, a basic cheese toasty from 7-Eleven at 2am — doesn't matter. A craft hot sauce that's actually balanced for flavor makes it better. Every time.

Two completely different sauces. Two completely different results. Both right.

Smoky Ghost 3/5 is built around roasted ghost peppers, honey, cumin, and lime. It's smoky, it's layered, and the heat builds slowly. We put it on a sausage and peppers calzone and something clicked — the char on the dough, the melted cheese, the slow creep of ghost pepper heat. It becomes part of the dish, not just something you poured on top.

Tangy Habanero goes somewhere completely different. Roasted tomatoes, carrots, fruity habanero, a hint of Caribbean spice. It's brighter, tangier, more assertive. On a pulled pork burger with coleslaw it just cuts through everything and makes it taste more like itself, but better.
3/5 flames and 2/5 flames. Different heat, different character, same obsession with getting the flavour right before anything else.

This is what it looks like when a restaurant gets it. 🎯

Burger Bro built a proper little hot sauce station on their counter — LV.1 and LV.3, labeled, organized, right there next to the beer tap where it belongs. 😅 That's Smoky Ghost mild and Smoky Ghost hot, both made with roasted ghost peppers and Thai-grown chilies, sitting there waiting for someone to ruin their burger in the best possible way. 🤯🤤

We've got 16-odd restaurant partners in Bangkok carrying Firepower now. But there's something about seeing your sauce properly placed, that still gets me every time.

Pineapple on pizza is a hill I will absolutely die on.

Specifically: cherry wood-smoked pineapple, ghost pepper, roasted orange Thai chili, yellow bell peppers, and a splash of hazy IPA — all in one bottle, all going on this pizza right now. If that offends you, I respect your commitment to being wrong.

Pineapple Bomb, 2/5 flames. Tropical, smoky, and just enough heat to keep things interesting. One of the weirder things we make. Also one of the most "wait, why does this work so well" sauces in the lineup.

สับปะรดบนพิซซ่า เรื่องนี้ไม่มีถกครับ

โดยเฉพาะเมื่อมันคือสับปะรดรมควันไม้เชอร์รี่ + พริกผี + พริกส้มไทยคั่ว + เบียร์ Hazy IPA ในขวดเดียว แล้วราดลงบนพิซซ่า ถ้าไม่โอเคกับเรื่องนี้ ก็แสดงว่ายังไม่เคยลอง 🔥

Pineapple Bomb ไฟ 2/5 หวาน หอมควัน เผ็ดกำลังดี หนึ่งในซอสที่แปลกที่สุดของเรา แต่ก็อร่อยที่สุดตัวหนึ่งเหมือนกัน

Added Smoky Ghost 3/5 and honestly it was the right call — the roasted ghost pepper and honey in there work with salty cured meat better than anything that comes in a squeeze bottle on the table.

Nobody asked if the ghost pepper sauce belongs on tacos al pastor. It does. Next question.

Charley Brown's has been a partner for a while and their pastor is genuinely good — proper char, fresh pineapple, the whole thing. We keep some sauces in their hot sauce box: Smoky Ghost 1/5 (mild, smoky, honey-lime), Tangy Habanero 2/5 (tangy, fruity, a bit Caribbean), and Smoky Ghost 3/5 for anyone who wants actual ghost pepper heat with their tacos.

The mild one on pastor with pineapple though — that's the one. Sweet, smoky, bright. Doesn't overpower anything, just adds a layer.
