Yes, the Smoky Reaper is back, but as usual, it's a very tiny batch. A little over a dozen bottles are up on Shopee and Lazada and some will go to our long time partners.

Smoky Reaper is our flagship release, made with Carolina Reaper, Ghost, and Thai Jinda peppers and all the same other ingredients in our Smoky Ghost series.

Is it hot? Yes. F*cking hot. The hottest thing you can regularly buy in Thailand.

Not extract hot though. Not "50% super hot pepper because we couldn't be bothered to make it taste good" hot either.

Flavor first. Heat second. Well that'll depend on you. If you can't taste it, you started too high. If you can't feel it, see a doctor. 😂

This many peppers in my palm. Every one of them dumb luck or magic.

Smoky Reaper is back in 1.5–2 weeks. Roasted Carolina Reapers and ghost chili, and enough heat to remind you why we only make this a few times a year.

It's not cheating. It's an upgrade. 💁‍♂️

Some people are still out here drowning their tacos in the same generic red sauce they've been using since college. No judgment. We all start somewhere. But once you've had roasted jalapeños, raw bird's eye for heat that hits fast and clean, ghost pepper for the slow build underneath, pineapple vinegar for acidity that actually has flavor, and fresh lime pulling it all together — going back isn't really an option.
