Thailand has many different types of mango, and each one tastes a little different.
Some are sweet and juicy, some are firm and slightly sour — perfect for different dishes.
For example, Nam Dok Mai is very sweet and soft, great for mango sticky rice.
Keow Savoey is crunchy and slightly sour, often eaten with chili salt or used in salads.
That’s why Thailand is such a great place to try mango — they’re grown locally, picked ripe, and taste incredibly fresh. 🥭✨
