Thailand has many different types of mango, and each one tastes a little different.
Some are sweet and juicy, some are firm and slightly sour — perfect for different dishes.

For example, Nam Dok Mai is very sweet and soft, great for mango sticky rice.
Keow Savoey is crunchy and slightly sour, often eaten with chili salt or used in salads.

That’s why Thailand is such a great place to try mango — they’re grown locally, picked ripe, and taste incredibly fresh. 🥭✨

Trok Moo Krop is one of those hidden street spots in Bangkok.

Street restaurants are honestly the best place to eat kaprao — and this place is famous for their super crispy pork.
Kaprao crispy pork with a fried egg here is just perfect.

The wait can be long, but if you don’t like waiting … you can order ‘anything’ and the meal will come right away and it will probably be one of your best meals in Bangkok. 🍳🔥

Sunset in the countryside of Thailand looks like this.
Green fields, colorful sky, bugs singing in the background, and no traffic noise.

Just quiet nature and a peaceful end to the day. 🌾✨

This is how we eat in Thailand.
Even with just 3 people, the table is full.

Papaya salad, grilled pork, fried chicken, and more — everything in the middle to share.
Different flavors, but they all go perfectly together.

Eating here is never just one dish, it’s always a whole table. 🍽️🤤

Jaew Hon is like the Isan version of shabu.
Small clay pot, light herbal soup, thin meat, veggies, and glass noodles cooking together.

But the real taste comes from the jaew sauce — spicy, sour, smoky from roasted chili and toasted rice.

Simple food, but very local. Usually eaten together, slowly, talking and sharing around the pot. 🍲🔥

The view from the top at Tonsai Beach.
Climbers come here for the limestone walls, but moments like this — ocean, beach, and jungle all in one view — make the climb even better.🌊☀️💙

Their mom showed up at our farm one day and gave birth here.
Now the kittens are growing up around the farm and somehow just became part of the family.
That’s how countryside life is sometimes — animals just arrive, and they stay. 🐱☀️💕

Flying into Trang and this is the view — endless greenery, mountains, and the sea in the distance.
This city from above looks so peaceful and untouched.🌿☀️🌊

In Thailand, we don’t eat seafood plain.
It has to come with Thai seafood sauce.

Lots of lime, garlic, fresh chili, fish sauce, a little sugar, and coriander.
Spicy, sour, salty — it makes the crab taste even sweeter. 🦀🍋‍🟩🧄

When we have the beach all to ourselves — just the sound of waves and nothing else.
Peaceful moments like this in Trang feel extra special.🌊🤍

This is หอยชักตีน (wing shell) — a popular southern Thai seafood.
You use a small stick to pull the meat out, dip it in Thai seafood sauce, and eat it in one bite.

The texture is chewy but tender, slightly sweet from the sea.
With spicy, sour seafood sauce — it’s so fresh and addictive.

Very simple. Very local. Very southern.

Trang, Thailand — mountains stretching across the horizon, green fields below, and air that feels slower.
It’s quiet here in the best way. Peaceful, simple, and untouched. 🌿⛰️☀️
