tasting by our cellar master:
Resulting from a fine blend of blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs,
this wine is vinified according to the traditional Bordeaux method.
It benefits from the mild oceanic climate and the good sunshine of
Bordeaux.
This Crémant develops during its aging all its finesse and its
aromas. Its nose is elegant and complex with notes of white flowers,
sweet almond and herbs (oregano), enhanced with a hint of wild
strawberry. On the palate, a nice attack and a creamy bubble that
ends with a brioche finish.
Tasty, it is excellent as an aperitif.
This generous wine by its vinosity can accompany a white meat.
Serving temperature: 7°C.

Trocard rouge has delicate and deep aromas ow-ing to the ferruginous subsoil. After harvesting at perfect maturity and 3-4 week maceration, the wine matures 12 months in vat before bottling. Although it can be enjoyed in is prime years, this wine can be cellared 4 to 5 years.
