Role Purpose
The Head of AI & Digital Transformation will design and lead VSC’s enterprise AI roadmap, ensuring AI is deployed to deliver measurable business outcomes, not technology demonstrations.
This role bridges business strategy, operations, and AI ex*****on, working closely with the CEO, Board, and cross-functional leaders to embed AI into daily workflows, management systems, and long-term platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Strategy & Ex*****on
• Define and execute VSC’s AI roadmap across three horizons:
• AI for Ex*****on: workflow automation, quality control, productivity
• AI for Decision: management dashboards, forecasting, scenario analysis
• AI as Platform: proprietary data, scalable AI capabilities, partner ecosystems
• Ensure all AI initiatives are aligned with clear KPIs, ROI, and business impact.
Operational AI Deployment
• Embed AI into core functions including:
• Sales forecasting & demand planning
• Quality assurance and regulatory-safe content
• Marketing, brand communication, and POS ex*****on
• Supply chain visibility and constraint management
• Reduce manual work, error rates, and decision latency across teams.
Executive Decision Support
• Build AI-powered dashboards and insights for CEO and Board use.
• Support scenario planning, risk assessment, and early-warning systems.
• Translate complex data into actionable management insight.
Data & Platform Development
• Establish VSC-owned datasets as strategic assets.
• Develop governance for data quality, access, and AI usage.
• Prepare AI capabilities to scale into platforms, training programs, and partner offerings.
Leadership & Change Management
• Act as an internal AI leader and educator.
• Drive adoption across non-technical teams.
• Build practical AI literacy within management and frontline teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience
• 7–15 years in AI, data, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience deploying AI or data systems in real operating environments.
• Experience working with FMCG, food, retail, platform, consulting, or complex operations is highly preferred.
Skills
• Strong capability in AI workflow design (beyond prompt engineering).
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with KPI-driven ex*****on, dashboards, and performance systems.
• Strong communication skills across Board, executive, and operational levels.
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Systems, or related fields.
• Formal degrees are valued, but a strong ex*****on track record is essential.
Nice to Have
• Experience with ERP, supply chain systems, or QA environments.
• Exposure to ESG, compliance, or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting executive-level decision frameworks.
