350 غ دقيق القمح الكامل
150 غ سميد ارطب
1 خميرة خبز
م ص سكر
م ص ملح
5 م ك زيت زيتون 🫒
ماء دافي حسب نوع الدقيق و السميد استحقيت 250 مل ( كان ناقص زيد شوية عينكم ميزانكم ) 😅

Crispy pasta Salad 🥗

Une salade a essayé absolument 💯 😋

Les épices des pâtes 🍝: ( sel , poivre , piment rouge 🌶️ en poudre , 4 c a s huile d’olive )

Cuire au airfryer 15 min à 200 degrés ( voir plus si besoin )

Ingrédients de la sauce salade 🥗:

2 yaourts grec nature , 3 c a s de mayonnaise, un épi de sel , menthe sèche.

Pour la salade 🥗: letus, 🍅 tomates , oignions 🧅maïs 🌽
