Vanilla mini cake

Ingredients
2tblspn of sugar , 60ml of butter/oil , 120ml of milk , 1 egg ,120g of flour , 1 tspn of baking powder , vanilla essence

*This recipe it's for 1 person*

Method
-Add sugar egg and sugar mix
-Add oil or butter mix
-Add milk and vanilla essence mix
-Sift the flour and baking powder mix very well
-Now you have a lovely butter that you make
-Grease the baking tin with butter or oil
-Pour the butter that you make in a baking tin
-Bake for 25-30mins
