Asked to produce a signature cocktail as an assignment for a course in mixology, Charmaine Trim-Pascall developed fifty-two, 52, blends and recipes. This led to an invitation to participate in a local pop-up market in Point Fortin where my mixed drinks were well received with several requests to bottle them.
