Guava Leaf Remedy for Severe Stomach Ulcers & Acid Reflux

Ingredients:
✅ 20–25 fresh guava leaves
✅ 1.5L clean water

How to make it:
1️⃣ Wash leaves well
2️⃣ Boil for 1.5L 15- 20 minutes
3️⃣ Strain & drink warm

Dosage:
Morning (before food): 1 cup (150–200ml)
Evening (before bed): 1 cup
Optional: 1 cup after lunch (if symptoms are bad)
