We can’t get enough of this! Sausage Penne Pasta. From Episode 5.

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. uncooked penne pasta
1 lb. sausage, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
4 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 medium-sized red bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsps. All-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups prepared Creemee
Salt & Pepper
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsps. Pepper sauce (optional)

Method:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high. Add pasta. Cook until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Place sausage in a cold 12-inch skillet.
Cook over medium-high, stirring often, until browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer sausage to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to drippings in skillet, stirring until melted. Add chopped red bell pepper and red onion, Cook until onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Whisk in milk and cook, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Pasta, sausage, cheese, sauce and optional pepper sauce.
- When cheese is just melted, serve.

This ATSS Episode 4 recipe is easier to make than you think!

Ingredients:
450 g all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Creemee Full Cream powdered milk
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp salt
325 g lukewarm water
1 1/2 tbsp flour (for dusting)

Method:
- Mix flour, yeast, milk powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and mix using the handle of a wooden spoon until no dry flour remains. Dough will be sticky and shaggy.
- Cover bowl with cling wrap and kitchen towel.
- Let rise for 1.5-2 hours at room temperature unit doubled, bubbly and jiggly.
- Preheat oven to 450° F with baking tray in the oven to heat up.
- Stretch and fold dough every 30 mins.
- Dust work surface with 1tbsp flour and gently scrape dough out onto it. Sprinkle top with 1/2 tbsp flour.
- Tuck dough under itself to shape roughly into a round.
- Lightly flour parchment paper and place dough seam side down. Let sit covered for 30 mins.
- Gently score the top of the dough and lightly dust with flour. Remove tray from oven and place dough (with parchment) onto tray.
- Place tray on middle rack and place a foil pan with boiling water on the rack below. Bake for 25-30 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before slicing.

A recipe that’s full of heart as well as hearty! From Episode 3.

Ingredients:
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 tbsp. green seasoning
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. dried parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. Fresh chadon beni, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup of prepared Creemee Milk*
*optional broth/water for consistency

Method:
-Sauté the onion, garlic and green seasoning in oil until onions are translucent.
-Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.
-Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium low heat.
-Add the brown sugar and chadon beni. Check and add more salt and pepper to taste.
-Blend for smooth consistency
-Stir in 1 cup of Creemee milk
If soup is too thick add broth/water until desired consistency is achieved.
Bring to boil and serve. Best enjoyed with warm toasted cheese sandwiches.
