Ital Food Festival 2026 was more than a gathering.
It was a living ecosystem.

Plates shifted.
Mindsets opened.
Vendors thrived.
Youth learned.
Community strengthened.

We made conscious efforts — from education to waste separation — because choosing to do something will always be more powerful than doing nothing at all.
This is how movements grow.
Not overnight.
But intentionally.
Grateful for every hand, every plate, every presence. 🌿

The journey continues.

From Vision to Movement — The Largest Gathering of Plant-Based Possibilities Yet.

As Chief Coordinator of the Ital Food Festival in T&T, I am grateful for the teamwork which helped to raise the standard of the IFF2026.

In its third year, the planning team really stepped forward with greater confidence and responsibility, and what once rested on just a few shoulders was carried collectively. The Event Crew, including our Volunteer and Support Staff, showed up in strength — from set up and décor to welcoming guests, clean up and breakdown. Every hand mattered.

I am grateful to Liz Ross for strengthening logistics and keeping us aligned. Give thanks also to Siel Environment, our electricians and sound engineers for keeping the energy and flow steady throughout the day.

It was a joy to witness so many willing hands carry the vision together towards an ultimately successful 3rd edition of IFF.

We give thanks for the bright, conscious young stars who stepped forward with confidence and culture, showing us that the future is not just coming… it’s already rising.

Big respect to the elders and leaders who continue to build community, nurture creativity, and guide our children in art, culture and upful living. That foundation is everything.

Love to IFF First Time Vendor, Imperial Variety Vegan Delights. Their offering was made completely by Empress Sparkle's youth, with her guidance. What a mighty family business hailing from South Trinidad!

When the next generation steps forward with purpose and pride, we know the legacy is in good hands.

Give thanks for ALL the hands that cooked, the hearts that shared, and for the young lions and lionesses who are carrying the Ital flame forward. 🔥
