建立日禾青AnT Black Tea品牌之前，主要是向熟識的製茶師拿自己品嘗過的茶葉來與朋友、同事一起分享，茶廠長輩秉著愛護晚輩的心意，建議我們兼著販賣家鄉的紅茶，於是在2015年8月正式成立公司來推展。

日禾青中的日取自於男主人名字中的照，禾取自於和的左邊，青取自於女主人名字中的菁，在於茶葉生長所必需的陽光與土地生長的嫩葉。最後，由於茶葉來源幾乎都來自於南投縣魚池鄉日月潭紅茶產區的紅茶，日禾青亦有日月潭的涵意在其中。

原本的發想應該是A&T，後來取AnT在於ant 英文一字剛好是螞蟻的意思，而我們挑選的紅茶往往在放冷後品嘗，常有如蜜糖般的滋味，剛好，螞蟻也愛這一味，強調我們提供有如甘露般滋味的台灣在地頂級紅茶給消費者。

茶摘み作業員はぬかるんだ茶畑を歩きながら茶葉を摘んでおり、今日摘んだ茶葉は白茶に加工することが決まりました。

茶園管理者傳來消息說，前幾天採了今年第一次的茶菁，一共24公斤的茶菁，茶乾成品9斤，大約是4.11斤換1斤茶。

The tea garden manager informed me that a few days ago, they harvested the first batch of fresh tea leaves of the year, totaling 24 kilograms. The finished dry tea weighs 9 jin, which means it takes approximately 4.11 jin of fresh leaves to produce 1 jin of dry tea.

這樣的茶園，青草如茵，製成的紅韻紅茶就一直呈現與茶改場定義的品種香相異，沖泡的茶湯香氣雖撲鼻，但卻是以花蜜香為主的呈現，就喝健康吧！

9/23採茶，製成9斤茶，今年到現在為止，一共製作了65台斤左右，希望今年結束之前能達100台斤，也就是60公斤的茶，真是做身體健康的事業啊！

Tea was picked on 9/23, producing 9 jin of tea. So far this year, about 65 jin of tea has been made in total. I hope to reach 100 jin, or 60 kilograms of tea, by the end of the year. Truly, this is a business that promotes health!
