承擔，復刻了古早的好味道，不只為了回憶，更為了保留即將消失的技藝。
承諾，使用在地農產，追求友善土地的一切可能。

餅之祥
取自於爺爺(王平祥)綽號的諧音 (台語:餅仔祥)
這名子是在4-50年前雲林馬光這小鄉鎮有著響叮噹的名號
在爺爺的開拓之下成立了祥益泉餅舖
但經歷了大家族幾十年的興起衰落
祥益泉最終還是消失在時光的潮汐中
但某些味道是存在我們的回憶裡
某幾樣產品更是代表著我們家族當時的興旺

現在讓我們重現當時的古早味
回憶屬於大家的鄉村情感
