『霄餚滷』-來自通霄淳樸小鎮的美味 從1994年，霄餚滷本舖創辦人曾女士從一開始路邊攤的小販做起，經過多年努力，現在已經是當地家喻戶曉的美食，便宜又好吃的滷味成為許多學生上班族的最愛，更是許多到通霄遊玩的遊客必吃的平價美食。每到傍晚時分店裡總是高朋滿座，外帶的客人更是絡繹不絕。
