干貝醬炒高麗菜
高麗菜四分之一顆
裕珍干貝醬一湯匙
蒜頭兩粒
薑片兩片
米酒少許
加一點干貝醬的油下去爆香蒜頭跟薑絲，香氣出來的時候就將高麗菜倒入，加點米酒增添香氣還有甜味，然後加入一湯匙咱們好吃的干貝醬，再放入一點水與鹽調味
蓋上鍋蓋悶煮1分半鐘後在翻炒一次就完成嘍
