đ Winter Harvest Begins â The Mountain Night Glows Again đ
As always, the heavy stirring begins at the first watch of the night.
Tea-making nights are not as noisy as the days,
but they carry their own rhythm of quiet busyness.
In the daytime, youâll hear the tea pickers calling out,
the cheerful voices welcoming fresh leaves into the factory,
the soft rustle of leaves being spread,
and the lively clatter of pots and pans from the kitchen.
At night, only the gentle hum of the panning machines remains.
In this stillness, the scent of tea begins to changeâ
from green and grassy to deep and fragrant.
That aroma, the one that can travel for miles,
is born right here, in this small tea-making room.
After the Mid-Autumn Festival, the mountain winds turn cold.
Itâs the signal of winter tea,
the beginning of another busy season.
Here we are again,
amid the mist and beneath the light,
welcoming the fragrance of winter tea with our own hands.
