筆柿的家 筆柿的家

「筆柿」這個名詞在三十多年前是不存在的，在台灣也很少人種植。但是蕭班長眼光獨特，覺得此種柿子吃起來比一般的柿子還要香甜Ｑ，於是開始專注研究筆柿，並研發相關農產加工食品（筆干柿）。因為筆柿的尾端看起來像毛筆的尖端，所以蕭班長替此品種柿子命名為「筆柿」。於是這種外觀長長圓圓的柿子便有了名稱－筆柿。所以這個粉絲專頁才會叫做「筆柿的家」。
