經過90多年，我們仍然堅持以傳統方法，在香港釀最醇的醋，曬最香的醬油，做最美味的賀年年糕及中秋月餅。

八珍於1932年由伍偉森先生於香港創立，「八珍甜醋份外香」這句可算是家傳戶曉。
Pat Chun was founded in 1932 by Mr Ng Wai Sum in Hong Kong and well known for traditional vinegars.
