Fresh Passion fruit is enhanced by the local Magao, a powerfully aromatic spice that smells like lemongrass and has a ginger peppery finish. BAYAN passion fruit is a pulp based liqueur with about 70% pure passion fruit juice.
Easy to make in cocktails it is very versatile from your daiquiris, margaritas and tiki cocktails or simply with a splash of soda water and a dash of lime. Try it with green, you won't regret it.
