鼎泰山位於屏東小琉球，三、四十年前，父親將在地特色小吃，包裝成在地伴手禮，供來遊玩的民眾可以帶回去送親朋好友；主要銷售手工牛軋餅、麻花捲、旗魚餅、蝦餅、手工魷魚絲。
