Kavalan Distillery in Yilan County has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Taiwan since 2005. Our whisky, aged in intense humidity and heat, sources the meltwaters of Snow Mountain and is enhanced by sea and mountain breezes. Taking Yilan County’s old name, our distillery is backed by about 40 years of beverage-making under parent company, King Car Group. We have collected more than 700 gold awards or higher from the industry’s most competitive contests.

Ingredients
45ml Kavalan Distillery Select No.2
15ml Fresh lemon juice
5–6 Mint leaves
Generous crushed ice
Sparkling water, to top

Instructions
Clap the mint between your palms to release its aroma.
Add whisky, lemon juice, and crushed ice to a glass.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and serve immediately.

40ml Kavalan Classic Single Malt Whisky
120ml Sparkling water
30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
