Salade César au poulet grillé

Ingrédients :

2 poitrines de poulet désossées et sans peau
Sel poivre, au goût
1 cuillère à thé d'ail en poudre
1 cuillère à thé de paprika
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive
4 tasses de laitue romaine hachée
1 ⁄4 tasse de vinaigrette César (acheté en magasin ou fait maison)
1 ⁄4 tasse de fromage de parmesan râpé
Croûtons pour garniture
1 tranche de pain grillé (facultatif)
Instructions :

Griller le poulet :

Assaisonner les poitrines de poulet avec du sel, du poivre, de l'ail en poudre et du paprika.
Faites chauffer l'huile d'olive dans une poêle ou une poêle à griller à feu moyen-élevé.
Faites cuire le poulet pendant 5-7 minutes de chaque côté jusqu'à ce qu'il soit doré et qu'il soit cuit Laissez reposer avant de le découper en bandes.
Préparez la salade :

Dans un grand bol, jetez la laitue romaine hachée avec de la vinaigrette César jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit uniformément revêtue.
Assemblez la salade :

2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

For the Filling:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache Topping (Optional):

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Make the Chocolate Cake:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
