You don’t really see life begin…

until it slips out of the dark
and into your hands.

Seconds ago- just a hidden clutch inside the cave.

Now- tiny bodies, soft movement, the very first breath of motion.

Fragile. Alive. Electric.

And every time it happens…
it still feels like something rare 👀

Not all L333 patterns are random.

In stable lines, you start seeing consistency- clean segmentation,
balanced striping,
and contrast that holds as they grow.

That’s what people usually mean by “Grade A”…
not louder- just more predictable over time. 👀

Have you seen this before? 👀

Do you leave the male with the eggs —
or take them out for artificial incubation?

👉 What worked better for you?

Hypancistrus Zebra — rare… or just hard?

In the wild — almost gone.
In tanks — many try. Few scale.

So what is it really?
Rare… or just difficult to do right? 👀

24/04/2026

We’re testing a new idea right now.

A feed we plan to make into tablets —
but with two ways to use it.

👉 Drop it in for adult fish
👉 Spread it on a surface for fry

And this is the kind of reaction we’re starting to see 👀

Not always exactly like this —
but when conditions are right,
they go straight for it.

That’s the goal:
food they recognize quickly
and actually finish.

Most people think breeding starts with eggs.

It doesn’t.

It starts earlier — when the male commits to the cave and begins controlling the space.

That’s when the dynamic shifts.

From that point on - flow, oxygen, and stability
become critical.

If you catch this stage early,
you’re not guessing anymore -
you’re stacking the odds in your favor.

23/04/2026

Most people think the hard part is getting eggs.

It’s not.

The real test starts here —
when fry leave the safety of the cave.

No protection.
No margin for error.

Only what you’ve built into the system:
👉 stability
👉 oxygen
👉 feeding that actually works in water

This is where random setups fall apart.
And controlled ones… keep growing.

We didn’t learn this once.
We learned it thousands of times.

That’s the difference.

23/04/2026

This didn’t happen by chance.

Same fish.
Same setup.

6 spawns.

So what actually changed?

👉 caves that really fit
👉 stable, clean water
👉 consistent feeding

Simple things — done right.

That’s what creates repeatable results.

That’s exactly what we design our caves and food for.

👇
What’s working best in your setup?

22/04/2026

You don’t grow strong fry by guessing.

At this stage, balance is everything:
👉 protein for growth
👉 микро-elements for development
👉 stability in water

Too heavy — they can’t process it.
Too light — they don’t grow.

On our farm, we don’t follow recipes.
We build them.

Every formula starts here —
tested on real fry, every day.

If it works — it stays.
If not — it’s gone.

No hype.
Just results.

What are you feeding your fry right now?

We’re continuing our expert Q&A series.

Today — Yurii Badanin, co-founder of Plecoceramics.

What to do if the male pushes eggs out of the cave?

👉 Not all plecos are the same.
👉 Timing is critical.

Ancistrus — more forgiving.
Hypancistrus — different story.

👉 Eggs should stay with the male for 2–3 days.
👉 Take them too early — you risk losing them.

Small timing differences = big results.

👇
Have you experienced this? What did you do?

20/04/2026

This isn’t feeding.

This is where decisions are made.

Every mix, every texture —
tested on real fish, every day.

If they ignore it — it’s gone.
If they respond — we refine it.

👉 This is how our food is built.

No trends.
Only results.

19/04/2026

Spawning doesn’t start with the fish.

It starts with details.

Flow.
Oxygen.
The right cave.

And one day — he stays inside.

That’s when it begins.
