I spent a day at Java House Uganda ☕🇺🇬 naguru as a waiter and I must say I could get used to this, 🤗🤗, I loved meeting alot of happy diners and interacting with them but ofcos the food part is my fav.
If you’ve tried an item on my menu do let me know in the comment how was your experience.

You see the thing I’ve loved the most about social media is the fact that eveyone can share their culture with us and we can even get to clrecreate meals since ingredients can basically be found or replaced at home, a constant is Royco Uganda though for umami and flavor,

Do you love fried cassava but don’t like the dry hard one?
The trick is in steaming it until soft first and then briefly fry it in Nile Agro until crispy then sprinkle some salt and there you have it.
Unforgettable.
