Ingredients
1½ pounds 93% lean ground beef or turkey
1 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can + 1 (8 ounce) can no salt added tomato sauce
3 tablespoons Mom's Favorite Taco Seasoning
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded 2% milk reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Toppings such as light sour cream, sliced green onions, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef, onions and Garlic Garlic Seasoning until no longer pink; drain off liquid. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine tomato sauce and Mom's Favorite Taco Seasoning. Add 1 cup to meat mixture; stir to combine. Cool slightly. Spread ⅓ cup sauce across the bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Place about ⅓ cup meat mixture down the center of each warm tortilla. Top with 1-2 tablespoons cheese. Tightly roll up and place seam-side-down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve enchiladas garnished with desired toppings.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with a green salad.
Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1; cool completely. Continue through step 3 using a disposable aluminum 13x9-inch baking pan; do not bake. Seal with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil; label and freeze. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap from pan; replace foil only. Bake from frozen 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning

3-4 cups shredded cooked chicken (such as deli rotisserie)

DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
1 box Nana's Apple Cake Mix

2 cups peeled, chopped apples
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix with 2 eggs and apples, as directed on package. Spoon into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining eggs on low just until blended. Pour over cake batter.
Drop spoonfuls of gently warmed Creamy Caramel Sauce on top; swirl gently with a knife.
