Hello to everyone out there watching, anticipating, and wondering what BBs is going look like to the customers.
I myself havenโt posted much of anything, my staff is throwing some things out there for advertising, (yes I know itโs AI).
Now is your chance to get a glimpse of what BBs is all about. Itโs a little bit of a lot of things.
I call it a hybrid meat marketโฆ which evolves around house made meat products, properly handled beef cuts, ๏ฟผpork,chicken and fish. It will have flares of cheeses and deli products also.
Most people find my methods a bit outside of the box, especially when it come to the sous vide method of โre-warmingโ many of the fully cooked options we will offer.
To sum it up, just stop in, get a feel for whatโs available, and I promise it will always evolve and expand.
I appreciate the enthusiasm and please be patient with us all at BBs, it a work in progress.
