Crockpot chicken broccoli tortellini! I’m ALWAYS cooking in my croc pot. This ones super easy and great for those busy nights.

Ingredients:

•3-4 chicken breasts
•2 22 ounce jars Alfredo sauce (whatever brand you prefer I like Preggo)
•Family sized bag of frozen cheese stuffed tortellini
•12 ounce bag of broccoli fresh broccoli florets
•8 Ounce bag of mozerella cheese

Directions:

•Season your chicken breasts using salt, pepper, garlic
•Add only 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, your broccoli florets and let sit for 4 hours on low in your crockpot
•After 4 hours is done shred your chicken
•Boil your tortellini noodles and drain adding to your crockpot
•Add 2nd jar of Alfredo and season with more salt, pepper, and garlic, and top with mozerella cheese and enjoy!

There’s nothing like some good ol’ comfort food during these times.... am I right?! I had some leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge and couldn’t decide what to do with them. I recycled these babies and created this yummy shepherds pie. It was my first time making it and it turned out ah-ma-zing!

Ingredients:
5 pound bag of russet potatoes peeled and quartered
1 stick of butter
1 cup of beef broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup of canned peas
1 cup sliced canned carrots
1 cup canned corn
(You can use fresh veggies and steam or boil according to your preference)
1.5-2 pounds of hamburger meat
Salt, pepper

Directions:

•Boil your taters (usually takes about 20 mins until softened) and mash add stick of butter and stir seasoning with salt and pepper
•Preheat oven to 400
•Chop your onion and add Hamburger meat and brown
•Add your veggies, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for about 10 mins
•Layer your casserole dish with veggies and meat mixture and top with your taters!
•Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!!

Did someone say cheese tots?! I made this tatertot casserole tonight and it fed 9 people and was GONE in about 10 minutes... that’s right! 😄
{Ingredients}
•2 pounds of frozen tots
•3 pounds of hamburger meat
•4 cans of cream of mushroom
•Large bag of sharp cheddar cheese
•Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
(Remember you can always modify the recipe if you’re feeding less people or a smaller family.)
{Directions}
•Preheat oven to 350
•Brown your hamburger meat seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic as desired and place your tots in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes to thaw
•Drain meat once done, add your cans of cream of mushroom soup and crumble about 3/4 of your bag of tots and add into your meat mixture and mix... let simmer on low for 10 mins.
•Add meat mixture to bottom of a 13X9 deep dish casserole pan
•Top with the rest of your tatertots (Leave these whole do not crumble up) and add your bag of cheddar cheese
•Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted!

Food p**n 😍 Lemon pepper Salmon over a bed of Cheddar broccoli rice. This was seriously so quick and easy.
Recipe: •Preheat oven to 450
•Place filets in 13X9 baking dish and season salmon with lemon pepper, Garlic salt, Sprinkle with minced onion and Dab 1 Teaspoon of butter on each filet... bake for 11-12 minutes
•You’ll need 2 bags of Knorr Cheddar and broccoli noodles that you’ll prepare while baking salmon
•Once salmon is done lay over your bed of rice and sprinkle lemon juice over!

Good morning everyone! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while we’ve been super busy over here. I had some late bfast help from my little chef in the kitchen today. 😋 She’s been helping me cook since she was old enough to! This morning we just made eggs, turkey sausage, and homemade gravy and biscuits. What’s your favorite thing to get in the kitchen and cook with your kiddos?!

My homemade creamy beef stroganoff!!
This is one our favorite easy weeknight dinners that we make quite often around our casa.
I use my croc pot to let my beef cook for 4 hours and BAM come home and just have to make my noodles and throw this all together in a pot and it’s ready to eat. 😍😍

Calling my soup lovers!! 👌🏻 This is my easy peasy cheesy potato soup (as my daughter calls it,) that is a big hit at our house on days like today. See my recipe below and let me know what you think. 😘 What’s your favorite soup to make on a chilly day?

What you’ll need.
1 pack of bacon
Green Onion
Garlic (minced or seasoned however you prefer)
Chicken stock (I usually do the bigger carton)
1 bag of potatoes
Sour cream
Salt and pepper
Milk

•Cut your taters and chop into cubes/ transfer into a large pot using your carton of chicken stock (you can add water if you need to,) while it’s boiling start to cook your bacon and use leftover grease to sauté your green onion and garlic
•Potatoes will take about 20-30 mins to soften and you’ll use your whisk to stir while adding your milk until you can get nice soupy texture! Add in about half a cup of sour cream and crumble up your bacon bits, onion, garlic, sour cream, and cheese as desired.
•Add to your bowl and top with more toppings as wanted!
So yummy!

What was for dinner tonight?! This one I just kind of winged.... Cheesy Venison Pasta! My husband is a hunter so we always have Venison in the freezer! This would be great with Hamburger meat as well.
I used 2 Packs of Knorr Creamy Garlic shells
Half a box of Rotini noodles
Boiled until noodles were done
Ground the venison (I like to add butter because venison doesn’t have a lot of grease and just season with salt, pepper, garlic)
Then I added half a can of hunts tomato sauce to the meat and simmer for 15 mins
Mix noodles and meat together in casserole dish
Chop half a block of velveeta into squares and mix into your casserole
Top with 1 pack of shredded cheese
Bake on 350 for 30 mins and you’re done!
