5g Cattle

5g Cattle We are a small ranch. Instead of quantity, we focus on quality. We love the Simmental breed for their docility and growth.

FOR SALE
If someone needs a great running work/farm truck, I had my last adventure in her this past weekend. After 9 years with her, I have bought me a new truck. Don't miss out on this ole girl! 2007 Dodge 3500 4X4 Laramie with the 6.7 Cummins with 217,000 miles. Exhaust is deleted.$1,150 worth of new tires (10 ply Copper Discoverer AT3s). New upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends. Fresh alignment. Just replaced rear brakes. Pulled this 7,000 pound trailer 340 miles to Lousiana Sunday and she got 14.6 mpg. Towed this 8,650 pound tractor back home Monday and she got 10.9 mpg. Not too bad for pulling over 15,600 pounds and she was catching a lot of wind with the tractor standing over 12.5 ft high (my new truck won't get that pulling a 4,500 pound boat/trailer). She will get mid 20s empty and on the hwy. Averages 15-17mpg running back and forth to town/Church/work. Has some dents and damage on the bed. A/C leaks freon. Mechanically sound.
