CMC Farmstead We are a small farmstead located in Clarksville, TN with a big dream!

(Bradbury Farms Subdivision, about 1 1/2 miles off Exit 11 on I-24 heading towards Port Royal & Adams)

Eats, Meats & Treats! This is a combination effort of a husband and wife team to share their little farmstead with smoked meats, vegetables from the garden
and canned products produced from both. Our little farmstead has plans to grow, not only in our garden, but includes Chickens, Eggs, Rabbits

, and a Green House for those who are interested in their own garden but want Non GMO/Pesticide Free starter plants.

Well shoot! Checked batch 2 and 3 and they did not set all the way. I had this happen last year to an experiment with cherry jam and did some research. You can carefully pop your tops and 'recook' your jam until it does set. Soooo, jars are washed and sterilizing. And jam is back on the stove top. It's a bummer when you think you did everything 'right ' but I think in this case it may have worked out. Taste tested and jam was a bit tart.
