In honor of National Ag Day, Farm Bureau delivered 260 sack lunches with 55 stops to farmers around Dallas County as a thank you for helping feed the world.

Happy FFA Week from the Dallas County Farm Bureau! We saw nearly every chapter in Dallas County with treats for FFA Week! The future of Agriculture is Bright!

The Dallas Farm Bureau scholarship program is accepting applications for the 2023 school year. Three graduating high school students will be chosen to receive up to $500 with one selected for consideration of the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation’s (IFBF) $2,500 state scholarship, renewable for four years (up to $10,000).
Eligibility is reserved for current Iowa Farm Bureau members or their children in good standing with the organization. To be considered, the graduating high school student must have a minimum 2.5 grade point average, be involved in extra-curricular activities, and accepted into an accredited higher education institution, including community colleges and technical schools.
To apply, students must demonstrate their leadership and community involvement and submit a typewritten essay detailing how they would use a scholarship award to support Iowa Farm Bureau’s mission of creating a vibrant future for agriculture, farm families and their communities.
The application deadline is Friday, February 3, 2023.

During the 2022 Annual meeting, the Outreach coordinators packed meals as part of their day. They processed and packed 28,568 meals in 2 hours that will be shipped all over the US and worldw,ide to feed the less fortunate.
