Steelhead trout, asparagus, and broccoli drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with creole seasoning and crushed red pepper. Cooked for 12 minutes in a pre-heated 400°F oven.

German style cucumber salad
3 english/hothouse/burpless cucumbers partially skinned and sliced.
Place in a colander and salt to pull moisture for 30 to 60 minutes.
Rinse three times
Add half small onion, diced
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
or couple tbsp dried dill
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp of good vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Crush red pepper, optional-this is just a me thing.
Chill for a few hours or overnight to let flavors meld
