At Steve's Gourmet Beef Jerky, we take pride in our determination to provide nothing but quality jerky. In the Northeastern part of Oklahoma, on the Grand Lake O' the Cherokees, Steve's Gourmet Beef Jerky started out as a hobby which later became a passion. Many trials and errors were performed before perfecting our recipes. Our goal as a family is to bring only the best jerky sent right to your front door.

We hope everyone enjoys their day with friends and family spending time together. A reminder that life is short and Christmas is not always about gifts. The memories and traditions you make with your family each holiday are the greatest gifts that keep on giving.

A special Merry Christmas for those who won’t be there with us this holiday season. You will never be forgotten as your presence was loud and harmonious as the carols we sing in church to celebrate the reason for the season. This year may be difficult for some, so we will hold them closer and a little tighter in our greetings and farewells.

✨New Kitchen Update✨

We officially have all of the tin up and added a shop door for shipment deliveries. It took a while to get some of the supports fixed to ensure a strong and sound structure for our new kitchen. The trim will be completed fairly quickly, so stay tuned for that update.

The next step after the trim will be putting tin on the inside for fashion, function, and efficiency, but we have to get the electricity done before we can get to that step. It is getting closer and closer to only needing the equipment and certification to be done, so we are excited to say the least.

It has been a wild journey, maybe just as wild as our Sweet & Wild, but we are so grateful to have the opportunity to make beef jerky while being there for our family and getting to bring you all along with us. Your support is what makes this possible and we could not be more grateful for the supporters that we have.

Happy Monday!

It has been a great week getting back to it in the kitchen!

Happy Monday!

We received the new water heater a couple days later than we had expected, however, we are thankful it was an easy fix and not as bad as it could have been. Our agenda today is heading back to the "office" to get everything in motion.

Happy Friday!

A lot has been happening at Steve's Gourmet Beef Jerky. Our posts have been few and far between and our website has been sold out. With that being said, we wanted to give a little update on what we have been up to.

The water heater for our small jerky kitchen has officially retired and we are thankful that it did not take the building with it. We are unsure of how it may have happened, but we can confidently say that there is no fixing it -- only replacing it.

On a brighter note, the new water heater is expected to be delivered tomorrow. Which means we will soon have running water again and will be back in production.

In the meantime, our big jerky kitchen has been on standby while we wait for some help with electric and are able to get new water lines trenched to the building. It has been coming along project-by-project and we look forward to sharing more as we progress.
