Hi Friends!! Just a quick update, Marty is doing well after the knee replacement, however, he's not ready for us to open back up. We've pushed off our re-open date to MAY 15 - if that changes we'll let you know!! Enjoy SPRING!! My purple martin colony has arrived and the beautiful orange and black Orioles are visiting so at least I'm entertained while he recuperates!!

Happy Friday!! Got up at 4am this morning to make fresh cinnamon rolls and slider buns, I love that ye**ty smell when bread is rising!! I also made my secret recipe Oatmeal Raisin cookies! Either or both will go great with some of our delicious BBQ!!! We're open until 8pm!

Happy Thursday Grand Lake!! We're back today at 11am for the weekend and ready to serve up some amazing BBQ and sandwiches! For sweets, this week I've made us some carrot cake!!! Come see us today!!

OH!!!! Saturday we will have the hot dog cart set up in Bernice at the Flea Market and Vendor event at Around the Corner Storage, be sure and stop in and support the local vendors and grab a hot dog!! 9am - 5pm

HUGE shout out to my nephew Tyler for updating our logo and banner to match the new smoker!!! New banners and signs are on the way!!

Happy Saturday!! Last day of our week, don't miss out on this delicious BBQ, we will be closed until Thursday and the wait will be torture if you miss out today 😋 🤣😂! we also have Brownie Sheet Cake today, l only made 1 cake so limited quantity!!

Heads up, after next week, we will be closed for 2 weeks due to an upcoming knee replacement surgery, got to give him a little time to get back up and around!

Good Morning Grand Lake!!! It's cold and rainy but we're out of the weather and ready for the weekend!! We've upgraded to a bigger smoker - more capacity and it fits under the carport, no more trying to smoke in the rain! Check out these pictures, I guess we'll call Marty the CONDUCTOR instead of the PITMASTER!!! LOL!! 😁😁

We love our Grand Lake Friends!! We have had such a wonderful week and we sincerely appreciate such wonderful people and we are so thankful that you choose to eat with us! We've sold out of some of our meats and I hate for anyone to make the drive only to be disappointed! We are out of Brisket, chopped pork and ribs. We'll be closing at 6pm tonight, if you need a cheeseburger or a nice fat cheesesteak come on out and see us, otherwise, we'll be back open on Thursday, fully stocked with the smokers rolling!! 😋😍😍
